Join international experts to experience natural healing methods for recovery from disasters. In this free live online stress and trauma relief program, learn unique evidence-based mind-body practices to strengthen the ability to withstand high levels of stress, sharpen mental focus, overcome fatigue, reduce physical pain, and support recovery from trauma. Healthcare workers also need methods to restore and maintain their own mental and physical health so that they can continue taking care of their families, their patients, and their communities.

18:50-19:50 | 11:50-12:50 pm EDT Dr. Gerbarg gives a lecture with slides and video clips on the scientific basis for Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) practices, clinical research on using BBM for survivors of trauma and war, and examples of how BBM helps children.

19:55-20:15 | 12:55-1:15 pm EDT Dr. Brown and Dr. Gerbarg continue discussion, Q & A with those who can stay.

This program with Ukrainian translation will be recorded and made available to everyone who registers. It is offered for all Ukrainians and their healthcare providers, caregivers, and teachers.
