WFMH Asia Pacific: Observance of World Suicide Prevention Day

WFMH Asia Pacific observance of World Sucide Prevention Day was organised in association with the National Alliance for Mental Health- India at the Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Thiruvalla, Kerala, India on 10th Sept 2023.

Roy A Kallivayalil (WFMH Vice-President Asia Pacific) delivered the keynote address on the theme "Creating hope through action". Dr Joice Geo, Dr Soumya P Thomas, Dr Derek Johnson, Vijayalal Vijayan, Dr Chinnu Chacko and others spoke on the occasion.

There was housefull attendance. A year-long plan of activities has been chartered out.
